i have a head ache..
it's been slowly growing now for a week..
i think my eyes are going to pop out of my head...

going out for dinner and cocktails with my friend maria tonight..
should be fun!!
gonna get all dressed up in winter cloths..
i think that is why i love winter soo much..
wool pants..turtle necks.. fun coats..
the fashion just rocks!!

i am having a horrific allergy day..
i can not stop sneezing!!
and i want to cut off my nose!!
i hate that!!

have to work tomorrow..
first real shift!!
i'm kinda nervous..

i got the job..
i will be working on tuesday and saturday nights..

my dentist issue!!

i had to make two appointments to get some crazy cleaning done..
i made the two appointments together.. at the same time..
so.. 2 weeks ago i go in for round two..
i sign in and the lady behind the glass says.. "mrs. v d k.. we don't have an appointment for you today?!?"
turns out some incompetent.. disgruntled employee who no longer works there failed to enter my second appointment into the computer..
being the nice person that i am..i told her.. it's ok..
but did let her know that i do have a young son who i had to take to a "sitter" while i came here and that it was a little inconvenient!!
i rescheduled for 2 weeks later..
annoying..

soo..
it has now been two weeks..
i go in yesterday for round two.. part two..
i showed up about 10 minutes early.. as any normal person tries to for dr/dentist's appointments..
i sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes!!!
annoyed..
but i did catch up on the popular gossip thanks to the 3 star magazines i got to read!!

finally i walked up to talk to the lady behind the glass..
she says to me.."oh.. mrs v d k.. we are going to have to reschedule you.."
WHAT!!
turns out the lady before me was 25 minutes late.. and they took her..
i was pissed!!
she then proceeds to tell me that if they took me when she was done that I would be screwing up the schedule for the whole day..
ahh.. no..
the woman you took that wa 25 minutes late screwed it up.. not me!! i was 10 minutes early for my appointment!!
i then turn and look at the xeroxed copy in the dollar store frame of their cancellation policy..
24 hours notice or $30..
so i was like.. OK.. this is the second time you have cancelled on ME!!
so i figure you owe ME $60 plus the $40 i had to pay my "sitter"..
~my mom-in-law was watching baby t.. but hey.. she didn't have to know that!!
i was fuming!!
i left in a huff..
vowing that after this second part of my cleaning.. i'm switching dentist's .. calling my insurance company and complaining about them.. and calling their corporate office and bitching up a storm..

bummer though..
my dentist was a really nice guy..

the day from hell!!!

so i have had one of those days..
poor baby trent is in deep with the teething..
i feel soo bad..
he's been fussy and crying all damn day!!
i wish i could take the pain for him..
and let him crawl around happily all day..
and you know as soon as daddy come home from work.. what does he do??
act all cutesie pa tootsie..
smiling..laughing..
almost in spite of me..
as to say to daddy.."it's all in mommy's head.. i was not crying and fussing all day.."

arggghhhh...

i got a call form my "new job" yesterday..
what a run around they are giving me..
i'm going back again to meet with both owners now..
arggghhhh....

and to top my lovely day off..
the tigers are losing..
not that i'm a big fan or anything..
but it would be nice to see them win..

it's definatly been a "calgone.. take me away.." kinda day..

but tomorrow is a whole new day..
and hopefully the tooth fairy will spare my poor son some greif!!
and his mommy..
